 North Side High Legacy Foundation Annual Golf Tournament

The North Side High Legacy Foundation (NSHLF) Board is thrilled to invite you to our 10th Annual NSHLF Golf Tournament on Thursday, May 1, 2025! This year, we’re excited to host the event at Rockwood Park Golf Course, located at 1851 Jacksboro Highway in Fort Worth, Texas. The day will feature breakfast, lunch, beverages, and special opening and closing ceremonies. We’ll kick off the tournament with a shotgun start at 9 a.m.

We invite you to join us as a sponsor and/or participant.  Your support is vital to making this event a success. Sponsorship levels range from $2,500 to $20,000, and you may also register as an individual player or bring a team to join the fun! Attached is a flier with a detailed overview of our Capital Program sponsorship levels, along with information on how the Foundation will recognize your contributions during the tournament.

If participating in the tournament isn’t possible, we would be immensely grateful for golf-related auction items, gift certificates, or promotional items for golfer goody bags. Last year’s tournament was a sold-out success, and with your support, we aim to achieve even more this year in supporting North Side High School’s students and teachers.

2025 Capital Program - By selecting a sponsor level you have the opportunity to attend 2 fundraising events. Our Capital Program establishes your monetary commitment before the events take place. Allows your company time to submit commitment levels coinciding with your fiscal calendar when budgets are fixed for the year. Allows us, the NSHLF, to plan events around a set budget each year. 

Gold Sponsor Level - $5,000 

• Registration for two (2) teams (8 players) the NSHLF 10th Annual Golf Tournaments held on Thursday, May 1, 2025. Includes 18x24 yard signage at tee box, practice area, or club house, your choice of either logo golf balls, cooling towels or ball markers for every participant (first come-first serve), 2 reserved tables with signage at closing ceremony. 
• NSHLF Annual semi-formal Gala on Saturday, October 11, 2025. A reserved table of eight (8) includes dinner, dancing, photo booth, entertainment and sponsor recognition on all publications  which includes  our website, social media outlets and event programs.

Silver Sponsor Level - $2,500

• Registration for one (1) team (4 players) for the NSHLF 10th Annual Golf Tournament held on Thursday, May 1, 2025. Includes 18x24 yard signage at the tee box, practice area or club house (first come-first serve),  a reserved table with signage at closing ceremony. 
• NSHLF Annual semi-formal on Saturday, October 11, 2025. A reserved table of four (4) includes dinner, dancing, photo booth and sponsor recognition on all publications which includes our website, social media outlets and event programs.

Hole Sponsor - This sponsorship level is designed for businesses and teams who wish to support our mission without participating directly in our capital program. By selecting this option, you secure your place as a valued sponsor, showcasing your commitment to our cause while promoting your brand to a wide audience. This level provides the opportunity to be recognized as a key supporter of our efforts, while helping to drive success and community impact.

Hole Sponsor - $1,500
