Fundraising is an integral part of our organization. Each year we host two major types of events to help us raise the funds we need to give our scholarships. We host an annual gala and two golf tournaments. Sponsorships, ticket sales and donations from these events are a big part of our success.   

Together with Jacinto Ramos Jr., school board trustee and the NSHLF board members, we want to SIMPLIFY matters for you, our NSHLF supporters, by making it convenient and easy to sponsor our ongoing fundraising events.

Our new CAPITAL program…

*Establishes your monetary level of commitment long before a fundraiser takes place.

*Allows your company time to submit commitment levels coinciding with your fiscal calendar when budgets are  fixed for the year.

*Allows US, the NSHLF, to plan events around a set budget each year. 

It is our hope that this program becomes a WIN-WIN for both of us. We think the idea of establishing a CAPITAL program will allow both of us time to do what we do best so let’s keep it simple.

2 levels of sponsorship per year...

       Title Sponsorship $5,000 – 

1. Annual Gala      on October 12, 2024, includes table of 8, dinner, dancing, photo booth,      entertainment & sponsor recognition, 2 drink tickets per guest.
2. Golf      tournament held on April 5, 2024, at Texas Star Golf course, Euless TX,      sponsor recognition, 6’ x 2’ vinyl signage at Tee Box, merchandise package      & reserved table w/signage at closing ceremony. 
3. Includes      (1) Team of 4 players, 2 drink tickets per guest.
4. Contributes      towards NSHLF 10K scholarship to be awarded in May 2024.

       Diamond Sponsorship $2,500 – 

1. Annual      Gala on October 12, 2024, includes table of 4, dinner, dancing, photo      booth, entertainment & sponsor recognition, 1 drink ticket per guest.
2. Golf      tournament held on April 5, 2024, at Texas Star Golf course, Euless, TX,      sponsor recognition, yard sign at Tee Box, merchandise package &      reserved table w/ signage at closing ceremony.
3. Includes      (1) Team of 4 players, 1 drink ticket per guest.
4. Contributes      towards travel expenses for 11th & 12th grade      students to various TX universities.
